The goal of this study is to identify breakdown that has an impact on the gas turbine engine's RAM and Six Sigma level in order assess how well engine performance through value (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) Sigma. By gathering, compiling, categorizing, conducting analysis data information utilization engines, based actual information, descriptive method used reveal availability engines. findings are examined utilizing Pareto chart most impacted breakdown, Fishbone diagram for root cause analysis, five why approach improvement suggestions. According research findings, control system failure, VGV load distribution problem have two turbines. Root issue due a number factors, including mostly technical issues unreliable old design, incorrect maintenance schedule implementation, incompetent ignorant operator or technician
